Здравствуйте, многоуважаемое сообщество!
Сразу хочу предупредить: не сочтите за рекламу или коммерческое предложение, я не занимаюсь посредническими услугами и не имею к риэлторскому бизнесу никакого отношения. Просто подумал, что здесь моё предложение будет уместным и найдёт желающего его принять в кратчайшие сроки :-)
О себе: работаю программистом в г.Ростов-на-Дону, мне 26 лет.
Теперь о сути предложения. У родителей моей будущей жены есть в собственности дом. (Дом бабушкин, бабушку забрали в город, дом она переписала на отца.) В связи с непростой финансовой ситуацией в семье было решено его продать. В самой станице и окрестностях желающих его купить, сами понимаете, немного ;-( Поэтому мы и ищем покупателей в интернете.
Параметры дома такие:
- месторасположение: центр станицы Архангельская, 28 км. от г. Тихорецк (райцентр);
- рубленый дом;
- общая площадь: 42,6 кв.м.;
- жилая площадь: 28,2 кв.м. (две комнаты 15 и 13 м.);
- земля: 11 соток;
- есть въезд для машины;
- газ, вода в доме;
- туалет в доме;
- сад: фруктовые деревья, орехи, малина, крыжовник;
- дорога круглый год нормальная, т.к. это центр станицы; магазины и прочее также под боком;
- автобусная остановка в 150 м. от дома;
- металлический забор;
- 150 км. до Краснодара, 250 км. (3 часа на машине) до Архипо-Осиповки (это уже море ;-));
