Я долго думал, чем же занимаюсь по жизни. Так родилась эта статья. Буду рад мнениям и комментам!

Кому-то может показаться, что дауншифтинг не самая актуальная и глубокая тема. Хотя, если копнуть поглубже, то вырисовывается очень много интересного и очень глубокого и важного не только для дауншифтеров, но и для всех здравомыслящих людей. Как-то пафосно получается, может так оно и нужно для статьи под названием «Антидауншифтинг»? Посмотрим, что получится.
А для начала, давайте разберемся с тем, что такое дауншифтинг. Вот классическое определение: «Осознанный отказ от чужих целей, жизнь ради себя и своей семьи. Он может сопровождаться понижением зарплаты и должности, отказом от традиционной карьеры и "крысиных бегов". А может привести к созданию собственного бизнеса с еще большими доходами». Лично мне нравится это определение, да и сама концепция мне очень близка. Вот только опыт подсказывает, что в реальности, это выглядит несколько иначе.
И весь фокус в целях, а может быть, в их отсутствии. Пока человек преследовал «чужие» цели, где были его собственные? И что это были за цели? И откуда они взялись, так резко и кардинально изменив всю жизнь? Не часто услышишь о стратегическом планировании в личной жизни, хотя, мои знакомые бизнес-тренеры удивляются, почему бы не использовать бизнес-технологии в быту? Идея не лишена здравого смысла. Но вернемся к дауншифтингу. Практика показывает, что большая часть историй – это бросание из одной крайности в другую. От сверхнагрузок на работе, перенапряжения и стрессов к абсолютной тишине и релаксу. Как правило, на время. А потом – опять ремиссия и возвращение обратно. Чаще с потерями. Напоминает алкоголизм. Об этом уже много писалось, так что повторяться смысла нет. Мне было бы интересно разобраться, почему так происходит.
